The containers are great and overall customer service was too.

A minor point, sales staff need to remember to turn off auto-generated follow up emails when they are on holidays.

A Major Point! Give any additional delivery information provided by customer to delivery drivers so they don't get completely lost.

I found the staff at Containers First to be very friendly, helpful and above all efficient. The person I dealt with mainly, Karen, responded to my queries immediately and was able to provide all the information I needed. If anyone I know wants to purchase a shipping container, I'll send them here. The transport guy was just as efficient, friendly and helpful. Buying a container I thought would be a daunting task but as soon as Containers First responded to my first query (over the Christmas break) I felt I was in good hands. THANKS!!!
